Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the use of ModelPro, a software subscription offered by Luminaa Studio (Dario Poprzen, Milutina Milankovića 120e, 11200 Belgrade, Serbia).

2. Description of Services

ModelPro is an assistance tool that supports content creators (including contact recognition, reply suggestions, notifications). Automated suggestions are only sent after approval by the user.

3. Formation of Contract & Trial Period

The first 7 days of use are free of charge. After this trial period ends, the selected billing option under section 4 applies, unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Prices & Payment

ModelPro is available in two billing options:

a) Fixed price: €249.99 per month.
b) Usage-based: 10% of the revenue generated through ModelPro.

For usage-based billing, we recommend switching to the fixed-price plan once estimated revenue reaches €2,500, so that no more than €249.99 per month is charged.

5. Term & Cancellation

There is no minimum contract term and no notice period. ModelPro can be cancelled at any time, with no formal requirements.

6. User Obligations

Use is at the user's own responsibility; in particular, compliance with the terms of use of the respective platform (e.g. Stripchat) is the user's own responsibility.

7. Liability

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
